Responsibilities
Assist the Commercial Lines team on P&C accounts with administrative and operational functions
Support Client Services Managers and Account Executives in servicing client accounts
Attend meetings and client calls, take notes, and provide follow-up to the team
Assist with preparing insurance proposals and policy checking
Maintain client files in the Agency Management System and handle billing inquiries

Required
Minimum two years' experience in a similar role
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Preferred
Desire to obtain a P&C license for career growth
Service-oriented with a strong work ethic
Ability to make sound independent decisions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work overtime as necessary
