Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients in digital health and healthcare innovation, providing guidance on complex regulatory, transactional, and compliance matters.
Advise on healthcare laws, including Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA, and FDA regulations, among others.
Collaborate with clients on innovative business models and new product development strategies.
Draft and negotiate a variety of agreements, including customer, vendor, and partnership agreements.
Identify opportunities to expand client relationships.

Required
J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to at least one U.S. state bar.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare law, with a focus on digital health, health technology, or healthcare innovation.
Proven ability to work independently and provide high-quality legal advice with minimal supervision.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centered mindset.
Passion for healthcare innovation and an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving.
