Responsibilities
Conduct ETL testing using advanced SQL skills to validate business requirements and ensure accurate source-to-target data mapping within the data warehouse.
Test Payments processing applications, demonstrating expertise in MT, ISO, and CBPR+ standards.
Apply iterative development processes, SDLC methodologies, and Agile practices effectively.
Collaborate within Agile teams, utilizing Test Management Tools (e.g., JIRA) and Defect Management Tools (e.g., Confluence) for efficient workflow.
Utilize strong analytical, strategic, and innovative skills to enhance testing procedures.
Optionally, contribute to test automation efforts using tools like Eggplant or RFT.
Engage directly with customers and business users within the Financial Domain to understand and address their testing needs.

Required
Minimum 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance testing or relevant software development roles.
Proven track record in ETL Testing, with a focus on data validation and data warehouse operations.
In-depth knowledge of Payments processing applications, specifically MT, ISO, and CBPR+ standards.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and best practices in iterative development.
BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience in software testing.
