Responsibilities

Interact with Stock Control System (SCS) Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) and the support contractor to assist in migrating the Stock Control System to the Cloud.

Keep the Stock Control System in compliance with current and proposed changes to implement DLMS.

Serve as the central point of contact for audits conducted by AFAA and the Independent Public Auditor (IPA) for DISA billing review and verification.

Assist in developing training materials for SCS users once the new software is delivered.

Create Government Cost Estimates (GCEs) for Computer Requirements (CRs) submitted by various parties.

Perform Technical Evaluations of Engineering Cost Proposals.

Establish and maintain key points of contact with interfacing system representatives.

Attend meetings and conferences as required.

Respond to Program Manager requests for analysis of system transactions and processing rejects.
