Responsibilities
Coordinates internal and external deadline-driven qualification packages and proposals.
Coordinates marketing materials, resumes, project abstracts, proposals, and presentations.
Researches and prepares qualifications content, project descriptions, and staff bios.
Edits technical proposal content for accuracy, consistency, and targeted messaging.
Assists with the development of other marketing materials, to include award submittals, brochures, and other collateral.
Maintains marketing Information databases, including updating resumes, project descriptions, client contact information, and text libraries.

Required
1-5+ years of experience preparing proposals and qualification packages.
A/E/C industry experience required.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, and Microsoft Office.
Works well under pressure and in a deadline driven environment.
Possesses client service ('can do') attitude.
Strong written and verbal skills.
Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities.
Strong attention to detail.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree Marketing, Communications, or English preferred, or equivalent work experience.
