Responsibilities

Help manage and litigate our largest data privacy mass action

Develop and implement organizational system for discovery

Review large documents and identify relevant information based off the causes of action

Research and apply court rules and civil procedure code

Required

At least 3 years’ experience as a paralegal in a civil litigation firm

Significant familiarity with civil discovery, including drafting, formatting, reviewing and synthesizing

Organized, and ready to develop and implement organizational system for discovery

Experience reviewing large documents and identifying relevant information based off the causes of action

Ability to research and apply court rules and civil procedure code

Exhibit an attention to detail

Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and staff

Ability to operate a home computer at a level appropriate for working from home: use of Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and an internet connection appropriate for use of Zoom and other telecommuting software
