Responsibilities
Shadowing/Training: You'll train, role-play and demonstrate industry-leading practices with our rain maker and top 2% agents across the country.
Lead Generation: You'll take the opportunity to execute our PLACE lead generation systems weekly, elevating your lead generation skillset.
Open Houses: Hold 2 Open Houses a week with our proven support and systems that attract buyers and sellers to current listings and add them to your database.
Communication: Learn and execute proven relationship-building skills allowing you to convert conversations into valuable appointments.
Script Training: You'll join daily script practice sessions, fostering a supportive learning environment and honing your skills.
Teamwork: You'll participate in exciting team activities that foster a strong sense of camaraderie and belonging.
Coaching/Training: To support your growth, we offer weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, engaging trainings, and Partner Calls where you can share and learn from others.
Consultation: Using proven systems and technology, you'll work directly with our buyers or sellers to guide them through the home buying and selling process with expert care and confidence.
Home Selection: You'll identify homes that meet your clients' needs, and secure signed buyer agreements, securing them while helping them find their perfect place to call home.
CMAs: You'll learn how to price homes correctly with our 5-5-5 Model, and secure signed listing agreements, securing them and helping to ensure the best price with the quickest sale.
Negotiation: Leverage tried and true scripts and techniques to negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers and sellers, creating win-win deals that exceed clients goals.
Done For You: Take advantage of our support team to eliminate 75% of tasks normally required to close a transaction.
Technology: Benefit from our cutting-edge PLACE technology to streamline client support and ensure you're consistently meeting your and your family's goals while delivering outstanding service to our amazing clients.

Required
Licensed real estate professional in the state of UTAH. (required to join the team)
Ability to cooperate with others

Excellent time management skills
Preferred
