Responsibilities
Consultative Selling: Engage prospects in consultative sales, deeply understanding their needs and guiding them to tailored solutions that solve real pain points. Address objections with empathy and expertise, highlighting ROI and results.
Achieving revenue goals: Consistently close $100,000+ in new contract value per month.
Running Sales Demos: Schedule and run 10+ consultative sales demos weekly on Zoom with qualified prospects.
Outbound Calls: Make 20+ calls daily to connect with potential clients, nurturing relationships, and closing deals.
Pipeline Management: Build, nurture, and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement.

Required
High-Ticket B2B Sales Experience: Proven record in high-ticket sales, closing $1M+ annually.
Experience Selling to Doctors: Preferred experience within Medical Aesthetics, and/ or Marketing.
Confidence & Leadership: Guide clients confidently through the sales process with a strong, reassuring presence.
Hunger & Work Ethic: This is not an easy job, but it pays well. To earn the income that’s possible for you here… you must be willing to put in hours honing in your craft and doing everything you can to 1) generate opportunities 2) close them. You must be hungry.
