Required

Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Taxation, Finance or other business related field

Minimum 2 years of current tax experience within a public accounting firm

Proficient in individual, partnership, and corporate taxation

Experience in managing multiple client engagements

Client focused dedicated to client satisfaction, possessing excellent interpersonal skills that facilitate professional and courteous engagement with clients.

High-level proficiency with CCH products

Ability to think independently and solve problems

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Tech savvy - high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel), Tax programs (CCH Access (including Document and Tax), PDFlyer, SurePrep, BNA Tax Planner, TValue, Quickbooks)

Dedicated to teamwork and integrity maintaining positive relationships with all levels of firm management, staff, and clients

Possess professional demeanor and excellent attention to detail

Deadline-driven with excellent time management skills, meeting assigned deadlines and budgets

Must be authorized to work in the United States permanently without the requirement of sponsorship at any point in the future.
