Responsibilities
Maintain practitioner files for continuous verification of all expiring records.
Perform verification searches, online and via fax/email.
Use critical thinking and industry knowledge to evaluate records for accuracy and completeness.
Distribute system communication to practitioners regarding upcoming expirations and expired records.
Prepare and distribute monthly reports to communicate non-renewals with clients.
Record due diligence process within practitioner file for client reference.
Coordinate requisite actions with client teams for all expired records.
Provide quality customer support to all levels of personnel.
Excellent phone presence and strong written communication skills.
Utilize critical thinking to resolve questions regarding expiring records and granting body requirements.
Other duties as assigned.
