Responsibilities

Conduct export classification of products according to U.S. Commerce Control List (CCL)
Ensure compliance with export regulations and restrictions
Perform restricted party screening and sanctions compliance
Utilize GTS/SAP for export classification purposes
Collaborate with internal teams to classify items for export
Stay updated on changes in export control laws and regulations

Required

At least 5 years export classification experience
Excel
General computer skills
5+ years’ experience in export compliance, sanctions compliance, and/or restricted party screening
Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Results oriented.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to make well-thought through decisions in a timely way.
Strong English reading, writing and analytical skills
5+ years in Trade Compliance
5+ years experience in export classification
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field; Master’s degree preferred
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong trade technical knowledge of US export control laws, regulations with analytical, and organizational skills.
Technical experience in classifying items for export under the CCL

Preferred

Export classification experience in Categories 3,4 and/or 5 of the U.S. Commerce Control List (CCL)
GTS/SAP experience
Background in semiconductor or related industry
