Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and evaluate a plan of work based on regionally identified needs.
Lead educational programs on digital access, competency, and equity.
Instruct community members using research-based teaching methods.
Implement programs to strengthen communities, families, and individuals.
Ensure equal opportunity for all youth and adults to participate in Extension programs.

Required

No required license/registration/certification
Job-related travel including overnight stays; visiting clientele at sites throughout the county (including farms); standing/walking for long periods; handling of average-weight objects up to 25 lbs.
Demonstrated ability to communicate orally and in writing with groups and individuals and through mass media
Ability to use the computer for program delivery and management
Ability to visit clientele at sites throughout the county
Ability to plan and teach educational programs
Demonstrated leadership and ability to serve as a positive role model
Preferred
Experience in community engagement, outreach programs, or working with underserved communities
Proficiency in providing technical support and assistance to individuals with varying levels of technological skills
Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and barriers to digital access and literacy
Knowledge of common software applications, internet usage, basic troubleshooting, and coding
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and the evolving needs of the community
