Responsibilities

Provides fully skilled, general administrative, analytical, and secretarial support, typically executive level.

Exercises independent judgment and initiative to complete assigned tasks, and may self-determine methods and procedures for new assignments.

Orders, stocks and distributes office supplies.

Distributes mail, e-mail, faxes, etc. within work group.

Sets-up and maintains filing system(s).

Schedules meetings, videoconferences, travel itineraries, etc., for assigned personnel and keeps calendars/appointments.

Screens phone calls, visitors, mail, etc. and responds appropriately.

Composes letters and correspondence as necessary.

Creates and modifies original presentation materials based on general input from supervisor.

Prepares expense reports and reconciles appropriate charges.

Delegates responsibilities to other administrative staff and/or temporary workers as authorized.

Coordinates activities between department or business unit and other organizational entities that may include other departments, business units, factories, or similar operations.
