Responsibilities

Establish workflows to efficiently and accurately build the asset database within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Continuously improve and maintain the asset database.

Procure and organize maintenance parts.

Produce department metrics periodically.

Collaborate closely with the maintenance team and demonstrate excellent teamwork.
