Responsibilities
Overseeing permit compliance and renewals for venue maintenance items
Maintaining and repairing air handling, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical systems
Setting up technical systems for events at the stadium
Inspecting wiring and fixtures for conformance to specifications
Cutting keys, pinning locks, and repairing and adjusting door hardware
Completing other duties and projects as assigned

Required
Must possess a High School diploma or G.E.D. or equivalent
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience with chiller plants, air handling systems, refrigeration systems, plumbing systems and electrical systems
Must have fundamental knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural, carpentry, MEP, paint, general construction knowledge
Extensive knowledge of major facilities and maintenance
Thorough knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions as they pertain to engineering operation of a large facility
Extensive knowledge of major air conditioning operations and maintenance
Experience with locksmithing, cutting keys, pinning locks, repairing and adjusting door hardware
Ability to consult with contractors and others on maintenance, repair and construction projects
Experience functioning in a 24/7 operating environment and ability to work extended hours and weekends and holidays when required
Must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License
Licensed electrician
CPO (Certified Pool Operator)
HVAC
Must be able to move and/or lift up to 50 pounds
This position requires work inside and outside of the building and some exposure to adverse conditions
Preferred
Bilingual (English and Spanish) fluency a plus
