Responsibilities
Lead with Excellence – Acting as the subject matter expert to the North America manufacturing locations for technical and project expertise, providing scope definition on projects according to global standards.
Program Management – Serving as a critical resource for facility infrastructure investment, planning, execution, and troubleshooting following global programs, including roofs, floors, structural components, walls, ceilings, platforms, pavement, and fire protection systems.
Develop Capability - Supporting facility managers with troubleshooting and root cause analysis as well as capability building.
Collaboration – Building and maintaining relationships with vendors, manufacturing teams, and corporate leadership for facility program deployment, gap closure, and execution.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering or High School Diploma/GED with significant work experience
Proven ability to work cross functionally with many different stakeholders and influence at all levels of the organization
Experience in budgets to plan effectively, proactively solves problems, identifies and shares opportunities and issues
Ability to travel up to 40%
