Responsibilities
Lead project management for complex, high-priority projects across multiple teams.
Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets; track progress to ensure financial success and timely completion.
Manage complex contract negotiations and serve as the primary liaison between all project parties.
Lead execution of project plans by managing teams, coordinating resources, and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Monitor progress, manage change requests, execute risk management, and maintain quality standards.
Foster ongoing positive relationships with clients, focusing on exceptional service to secure future work.
Mentor staff on project management best practices.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, electrical or mechanical preferred.
A minimum of 8 years of project experience in the AEC industry, with a strong preference for experience in facilities design in the healthcare market.
Demonstrated ability in managing projects and client relationships.
