Responsibilities

Educate and engage the facilities team to provide industry knowledge updates and support development.
Build strong working relationships with key client representatives and promote JLL’s Engineering Operations platform.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of programs and procedures.
Plan and manage budgets for Engineering & Operational contracts.
Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and operational documentation.
Manage BCP and provide training on WHS/Compliance.
Assist vendor manager with managing contract vendors for technical services.
Ensure proper engineering documentation and adherence to change management controls for all sites.
Protect health and safety by adhering to guidelines and strategies – Compliance governance.
Conduct audits to ensure safety procedures and emergency management plans are in place and maintained.
Ensure compliance with JLL programs and statutory regulations on fire, health, and safety standards.
Plan and oversee operations of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing installations, and Civil works.
Proactively manage the risk register and implement risk mitigation methods.
Travel to support sites as required.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Proven experience in facilities management and engineering
Knowledge of building systems, infrastructure, plant, and equipment operations
Experience in managing budgets for Engineering & Operational contracts
Strong understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and operational documentation
Experience in compliance governance and adherence to safety procedures
Ability to coordinate with stakeholders for program delivery
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage risk and implement mitigation methods
Willingness to travel to support sites

Preferred

Certification in facilities management or related field
Experience in vendor management for technical services
Knowledge of WHS/Compliance regulations
Experience in managing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing installations, and Civil works
Experience in conducting audits for safety procedures
Familiarity with JLL programs and statutory regulations on fire, health, and safety standards
