Responsibilities

Management, training and development of Regional Facilities Team Leads assigned.
Creation of New FMT Checklist; establish a process to validate
Follow up on compliance of DEF Heat Trace checklist and Winter checklist.
Utilize various computer systems to track and report maintenance requests. (ServiceChannel or other CMMS).
Participate in company sponsored safety training classes.
Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Maintain technical and product knowledge on all equipment within the FMT’s area of responsibility.
Track performance – resolution of work orders, track cost savings of internal work order completion.
Inspect multiple facilities following a comprehensive facility maintenance assessment; perform preventive maintenance repairs and safety audits.
Proactively collaborate as needed with Operations RVP/DM on maintenance needs at the sites.
Advise Operations of maintenance concerns and ensure creation of work order requests.
Communicate with multiple teams and management on a weekly or monthly basis to ensure compliance and consistency regarding maintenance projects.
Collaborate with FMT’s to review and resolve open maintenance issues.
Perform other job related duties as assigned.
Ensure bp’s safety, risk, and compliance culture and expectations are met. Prioritize safety in all aspects of the role and support the Believe in Zero safety philosophy.

Required

High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
HVAC, Electrical, and/or Plumbing certifications required.
Ability to operate machinery and equipment including tow motors, equipment, and basic hand tools.
Forklift and powered lift equipment certified.
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.
Valid driver’s license.
Travel up to 30% required.

Preferred

10+ years of preventive maintenance experience preferred.
5+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in multi-sites operations.
