Responsibilities
Manage, track, and control service agreements including renewals and discrepancies.
Process all work orders, review for errors, and maintain accurate records.
Generate Equipment Parts List Reports for parts inventory.
Process all PM task sheets, create work orders for corrective actions, and update schedules.
Assist contractors, provide training on procedures, and ensure compliance with cGMP.
Perform data entry in CMMS, create and revise operational SOPs and forms.
Manage projects, write Change Controls, and monitor contractor work.
Assign Equipment Numbers, maintain Equipment Location information, and track histories.
Serve as the Facilities Department Training Representative, fulfill action items, and prepare logbooks.
Attend training programs, participate in audits, and create emergency response lists.
Provide training to facilities personnel and supervise in-house projects.
Prioritize Preventive Maintenance task sheets, ensure safety, and review paperwork for compliance.
Assess equipment schedules, suggest improvements, and generate Purchase Order Requisitions.
Maintain site security systems, report activities and concerns to management, and coordinate shutdowns.
Provide input on employee performance reviews, participate in meetings, and create department metrics.

Required
Experience in scheduling and creating preventive PM and corrective maintenance tasks for equipment and systems
Ability to communicate effectively with Production Managers, Facilities Manager, Supervisors, and contract personnel
Experience managing, tracking, and controlling service agreements
Proficiency in processing work orders and maintaining documentation
Ability to generate Equipment Parts List Reports for parts inventory
Experience in data entry within a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Knowledge of creating or revising operational SOPs and forms
Ability to manage projects and monitor work performed by contractors
Experience in writing Change Controls and managing the Engineering Service Request tracking process
Capability to assign Equipment Numbers, create PM task sheets, and parts lists for new equipment
Experience in training contractors on work orders, PM task sheets, and equipment log books
Ability to perform data entry and generate reports
Experience in creating and revising PM task sheets
Strong organizational skills to maintain files in an audit-ready state
Ability to manage projects and monitor work performed by contractors
Experience in preparing and distributing equipment logbooks
Capability to fulfill requirements for assigned action items
Experience in attending and participating in training programs and audits
Ability to provide training to facilities personnel
Experience in coordinating maintenance activities during scheduled maintenance outages
Proficiency in creating and maintaining department metrics via charts, graphs, and presentations
