Responsibilities
Manage the planning and execution of facilities projects, from initial concept to completion.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and procurement, to ensure project alignment.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct regular project meetings to assess progress, identify challenges, and implement solutions.
Ensure all projects comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Monitor project performance and provide updates to stakeholders, including senior management.
Oversee contractor selection and management, ensuring quality controls are in place.
Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports.

Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing facilities projects.
Strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and safety standards.
Proven project management skills with a focus on budgeting and resource allocation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Strong leadership abilities with an emphasis on team development and motivation.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex project issues.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
Preferred
Experience with backup generators highly preferred.
Experience with data centers preferred.
