Responsibilities
Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.
Facilities management and transformation
Manufacturing Excellence
Follow TSS Project Management Model (PMM) process
Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring project goals are reached
Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity
Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project member to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
Manage investment programs and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
Identify key requirements needed for cross-functional teams, external vendors, and contractors
Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders

Required
Bachelor’s Degree
Five (5) or more years’ experience in Project management or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Ability to communicate in English both written and verbal
Facilities management experience
System design and implementation experience
Modernization experience
Supplier and Contractor development through negotiation experience
Experience in increasing efficiencies/saving costs
Leadership & Change management experience (Lean or Six Sigma)
Implementation and control of lean initiatives experience
Problem solving/root cause analysis experience
Staff training/development experience
High level of diplomacy
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office
Ability to stand, walk, squat, twist, and bend
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Safety Glasses and Safety Shoes to be worn at all times on the production floor
Must wear appropriate PPE for all work activities performed
