Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and oversee project related installations of facility fire and emergency notification systems (ENS), including all hardware, software, and system support.

Monitor and oversee new equipment installations, replacement of existing panels, equipment, and components.

Manage and support electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, sheet-metal, carpentry, boiler operations, industrial waste operations, and the building automation system in Plant Engineering.

Support the repair, replacement, preventative, and predictive maintenance of Plant Engineering assets and systems.

Plan and assist the Plant Engineering craftsmen and supervisors, oversee and inspect projects and contractors, and support the A4 strategies and initiatives of Plant Engineering.

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience with facility operations and maintenance

Experience with project management

Experience with fire and emergency notification systems (ENS)

Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, sheet-metal, carpentry, boiler operations, industrial waste operations, and building automation systems

Experience with repair, replacement, preventative, and predictive maintenance of Plant Engineering assets and systems

Ability to plan and assist Plant Engineering craftsmen and supervisors

Ability to oversee and inspect projects and contractors
