Responsibilities

Greeting visitors, coordinating meetings, and managing security and badging.

Maintaining office supplies, aesthetics, and handling mail services.

Implementing Workplace Programs and Operations, including internal service requests, office repairs, furniture moves, safety programs, and budget tracking.

Coordinating social events and managing vendor relationships for office-standard services.

Acting as a liaison with property management and other departments within the organization.

Scheduling work orders to ensure timely completion via C&W’s CMMS.
