Responsibilities

This position will lead a team of product managers to manage portfolio of products and solutions for factory productivity and supply chain capabilities targeted for Semiconductor manufacturing facilities.

A successful candidate will have experience of deploying factory productivity and planning solutions in semiconductor factories.

This employee will closely work with Product Managers, Practice Manager, Presales and Engineering teams on positioning, go to market strategy and Roadmap development to meet customer requirements.

Required

People Management experience for at least 5 years.

Proven track record of coaching and developing other people.

Leading cross functional global teams. Proven ability to engage with both individual contributors and leaders of all levels in constructive and collaborative relationships.

Experience of deploying planning and scheduling solutions in semiconductor factories (front end and AT factories).

Strong understanding of factory KPIs and practical experience driving their improvement.

Experience in driving change management related to software deployment.

Experience of using factory productivity software such as AutoSched, APF RTD platform to drive KPI improvements.

Experience in managing cloud-based product offerings.

Experience in transitioning the products from on prem to cloud based offerings.

Strong communication skills.

Strong presentation development skills.

Strong negotiation skills.

International and domestic travel required.

Bachelor's Degree.

10 - 15 Years of experience.
