Responsibilities
Develop flows to isolate failures in digital and analog circuitry
Interface with customer and management for line failure and field failure parts
Coordinate with engineering for expert design help as needed during debug cycles
Report generation and presentation to management to track failure statistics
Generate 8D reports for root cause and corrective action

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields and 5-10 years of related professional experience
Master’s degree and/or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields with 3-5 years of experience
Hands-on Silicon handling experience
Good understanding of transistor operation across various technologies including bulk and FinFet
Extensive experience debugging complex Silicon issues
Expertise in high-speed automotive ethernet
Hands-on bench testing experience
Experience in customer management
