Responsibilities

Conduct Sales Outreach Activities - actively engage inbound leads and help generate additional leads through outbound efforts.

Qualify and Progress Sales Opportunities - conduct farmer qualification and discovery process to ensure Fractal is a fit for the farmer and to drive demand for Fractal’s solution

Bring Customers Through Fractal’s Underwriting Process - Support potential farmer-customers in collecting the information required to complete a deal with Fractal all the way through deal close

Support Fractal’s Local Presence - engage with farmers and Fractal partners across the Midwest to help build Fractal’s brand, generate leads, and support our customers and partners

Required

2+ years experience selling in agriculture or financial sectors with demonstrated sales success

Eager to focus on sales and customer acquisition

Have a passion for helping farmers and understanding their businesses

Be self-motivated to drive actions and results without significant oversight

Be ready to drive disciplined use of CRM and think critically about your and the team’s overall funnel

Have a desire to shape the future of our sales team and leave your imprint on our organization

Eager to collate learnings and share feedback with the wider Fractal team to ensure success of Fractal and farmer partners

Preferred

Preference for those with experience in agriculture with a particular focus on those who have worked on farmland transactions, financial products, lending, crop insurance, or financial software
