Required

Skilled and knowledgeable in federal government procurement to include contracting and acquisition.
Ability to apply principles of adult learning in course development and presentations.
Experience in developing instructional materials.
Conduct research.
Evaluate course delivery and provide feedback on course curriculum to development team.

Preferred

Background knowledge of Construction contracting and Architect-Engineer contracts.
Familiarity with Architects and Engineers statute, selection process, the review of government estimates, liability, Title II services, modifications, and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) responsibilities.
Knowledge of Architect-Engineering services.
Experience with Construction contracting.
Understanding of indirect rates.
Experience in cost and price analysis.
Experience in price negotiation.
Familiarity with Standard Form 330.
Knowledge of Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts.
Agency specific knowledge, such as USAID, VAAA, etc.
