Required
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study
Two years’ experience
Appropriate training in project management fundamentals
Pass the written certification exam
Normally at least Level II FPD certification is required for an unsupervised role on responsible projects
Effective communication skills
Leadership abilities
Thorough understanding of construction processes and methodologies
Proficiency in construction management software including Bluebeam, Primavera, Heavy Bid, Civil 3D, and Procore
Ability to relocate within the United States before starting work
Preferred
