Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the DoD and Federal Civilian markets.
Identify and engage with key decision-makers, including contracting officers, program managers, and other relevant stakeholders.
Navigate federal procurement processes, including managing RFP responses and contract negotiations.
Drive sales targets, delivering revenue growth and meeting company goals.
Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and technical teams to position Fotokite’s UAS solutions effectively.
Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and federal initiatives, advising internal teams on potential impacts.
Represent Fotokite at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Required
Proven success in federal sales, particularly within the DoD and Federal Civilian markets.
Strong understanding of federal procurement processes, including FAR, DFAR, and GSA Schedules.
Established network of relationships within the U.S. government and defense contracting community.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Bachelors Degree or higher (Relevant work experience excepted as well).
Preferred
Familiarity with unmanned aerial systems (UAS) or related technology is a plus.
