Responsibilities
Community Events: Plan, coordinate, and execute community-focused events to enhance local brand presence, foster relationships, and drive community engagement initiatives.
Engage with Customers: Represent the brand at events, in-store demos (PADs), trade shows, and community outreach to engage with potential customers, educate them on product benefits, and share promotional materials.
Brand Promotion: Actively promote Eaze and private label brand identity and core values through direct consumer interactions, maintaining a positive brand image in every engagement.
Field Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute field marketing campaigns, including pop-ups, sampling, and promotional events, in alignment with the brand’s marketing goals.
Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with retail partners and community influencers to drive brand advocacy and support sales growth.
Market Insights: Gather feedback from consumers and relay insights back to the marketing and product teams to help shape product development and marketing strategies.
Retail Promotion: Collaborate with retail management teams to execute clearance initiatives, effectively reducing dated inventory and optimizing shelf space for new products.
Reporting & Documentation: Track interactions, monitor event outcomes, and compile reports that highlight performance metrics, customer feedback, and sales conversions.
Compliance: Ensure all activities are in full compliance with local laws and regulations, particularly for restricted products (e.g., cannabis or alcohol).

Required
1-2 years of experience in field marketing, brand ambassadorship, or sales (experience in the cannabis, CPG, or retail industry is a plus)
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and persuade potential customers effectively
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to attend events and meet brand promotion goals
Willingness to gain a strong understanding of our product offerings and stay updated on industry trends
Authentic enthusiasm for the brand and a desire to promote its values and mission in the field
