Responsibilities
Collaborate with distribution and integration partners to develop custom applications for our collaborative robots and autonomous mobile robots in customer environments
Serve as a technical liaison between customers, integrators, and internal teams, ensuring our products meet the specific needs of end users
Support trade shows, conferences, and customer demonstrations, showcasing the capabilities of our robots and promoting our solutions to a wide audience
Provide technical expertise to customers and partners, helping them understand the best applications and use cases for our robotic products
Assist in troubleshooting, testing, and refining robotic applications in collaboration with integrators, ensuring successful deployment
Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends, customer needs, and technological developments in collaborative robotics and automation
Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer and partner interactions, ensuring continuous improvement of our products

Required
Bachelor's or similar degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
3+ years experience in Field Applications and Technical Support in the automation, robotics, high tech or electronics industry
Knowledge of collaborative robots, autonomous mobile robots, or similar automation technologies
Strong problem-solving, analytical skills and the ability to think creatively when developing new applications for robotics
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities paired with a sales affinity
Experience attending trade shows and presenting technical solutions to potential customers
Preferred
Familiarity with specific robot brands and programming platforms (e.g., Universal Robots, KUKA, Fanuc, ABB or similar)
Experience working with vision systems, sensors, and AI technologies related to robotics
Prior experience working with distributors and integrators in a technical support or application development role
Knowledge of safety standards and regulations for robotics in manufacturing environments
