Responsibilities
Interact with customers, contractors, and end-users in a team environment.
Provide software installation, upgrade, and start-up services for Electrical Power Monitoring Systems.
Troubleshoot equipment and device communications on the network.
Provide customer training for the commissioned system.
Configure and commission Schneider Electric hardware and software.
Document the as-built system.

Required
U.S. Citizenship Required
Passion for helping clients use electrical power more efficiently
Excellent communication and client interaction skills
Confidence and ability to take a project through completion
Experience with electrical power meters (configuration, troubleshooting, and commissioning)
Knowledge of and ability to interpret electrical and network drawings
Experience setting up communications with Electrical Power Monitoring Systems, Systems Integration, and Energy Management Systems
Preferred
A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering is preferred. However, a minimum of three years of experience in the field will be considered in place of a degree
Experience working around electrical equipment such as switchgear, generators, UPS systems, etc.
Good understanding of industry-standard communication protocols emphasizing Modbus serial and Modbus TCP
IEC 61850 and BACnet experience a plus
Knowledgeable in computer networking architectures, topologies, and hardware
Direct experience with Schneider Electric proprietary software such as Power Monitoring Expert and Power SCADA Operation / Ecostruxure Power Operation
