Responsibilities

Customer Support: Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing product support, and resolving technical issues related to uPOL applications. These include, but are not limited to schematic and layout reviews, and simulations using tools such as Simplis and Spice.

Solution Development: Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements, develop tailored solutions, and demonstrate how specific uPOL products can meet the needs of their specific applications.

Technical Presentations: Deliver presentations and demonstrations to customers and stakeholders, showcasing product features and benefits.

Product Training: Conduct training sessions for customers and sales teams on product selection and product/tool demonstration.

Test report generation: Support collecting and reporting data in accordance with customer’s preferred templates/formats.

Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including application notes, white papers, and FAQs.

Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and the Systems/ Applications engineering team to support product launches and identify new roadmap directions.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.

3+ years of experience in field applications engineering, technical support, or related roles within the semiconductor industry.

Strong understanding of power electronics and semiconductors.

Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to capture and relay key information between the customers and the Systems/Applications engineering team.

Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service.

Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
