Responsibilities
Conduct on-site demonstrations for potential clients and assist existing customers with analytical development and application support.
Perform instrument installations and provide training to new users.
Represent NanoFCM at relevant industry conferences, seminars, and tradeshows.
Maintain up-to-date records in the company’s CRM system.
Report to the Sales and Applications Manager, North America.
Travel expectations: 50-70%.

Required
A minimum of a Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Immunology, Cell Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Medical Technology.
Experience with characterisation of extracellular vesicles, virology, or nanoparticle-based drug delivery.
Strong sense of customer service and sales aptitude.
A valid driver's license is required.
Preferred
A PhD is preferred.
Knowledge of other technical solutions is a plus.
