Responsibilities
Provide scientific expertise and applications support to customers on ATCC’s cellular biology and/or microbiology products and services.
Offer technical mentorship to customers, enhancing their satisfaction and loyalty.
Partner with direct and indirect Sales teams to deliver pre- and post-sales customer support activities.
Address customer issues effectively and provide optimal solutions.
Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, and customers for BETA testing of new products.
Gather data on marketing trends, competitive products, and market intel to inform new product development strategies.

Required
Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years' experience or equivalent experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Cell Biology, Pharmacology, Toxicology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
Hands on experience in cell biology application workflow
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
This is a field-based role and requires >50% annual travel domestically.
Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Preferred
Experience in a customer-facing scientific role is a plus.
Strong working knowledge of cellular biology, toxicology or pharmacology preferred.
Candidates with advanced degrees (MS or PhD) with 0-3 years of experience are also encouraged to apply.
Experience with BETA testing and product development is a plus.
