Responsibilities

Initial account / submission creation and conflict check in eSurety

Data entry / Billing

Save and maintain documents in the electronic underwriting files (eSurety/IR).

Pull credit in the Experian system for individuals and businesses and summarize for underwriter.

Pull LexisNexis reports for individuals and businesses and summarize for underwriter.

Prepare Agreements and Applications for signature in DocuSign.

Assist underwriters when they’re traveling, to keep our service level high.

As needed, engage with agents regarding renewals, cancellations, adjustments, continuation certificates and invoice requests.

Renewals review including but not limited to sending lists of bonds up for renewal directly to the agents, process renewals, process cancellations, and make bond adjustments as needed.

Uploading and validating financial statement data for underwriting.

Manage electronic filing and scanned mail processing

Operations experienceMicrosoft Office

Required

High School diploma required

Ability to independently multi-task and respond to changing business priorities

Analytical and detail oriented

Strong organizational and planning skills

Accuracy, thoroughness, common sense, and attention to detail are essential

Driven, high attention to detail and results focused mentality

Learns quickly and demonstrates an open attitude when facing new problems, processes, or procedures

Proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office Package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
