Responsibilities

- Traveling to properties to show to prospective tenants and ensure the unit is prepped and accessible

- Noting feedback from prospects and securing the property afterwards

- Assessing property conditions during management start and tenant move-ins & move-outs

- Documenting property deficiencies using a guided template

- Evaluating exterior and interior areas, electric and plumbing systems, and taking detailed photos and notes

- Preparing reports through the company system
