Responsibilities

Show properties to prospective tenants and ensure the unit is prepped prior to their arrival.

Make sure the property is accessible to prospects and note any feedback from them.

Lock up the unit properly after showings.

Assess the current state of a property in terms of physical condition upon start of management and during tenant move-ins & move-outs.

Use an app with a guided template to note any deficiencies in the property that will need further review.

Work independently and efficiently to meet the expected turnaround for evaluations.

Travel to properties, meet with prospects, homeowners, tenants, conduct evaluations, take detailed photos and notes, and prepare reports through the company system.

Evaluate all exterior areas, interior common areas, and the functionality of electric and plumbing systems.
