Responsibilities
Writing estimates directly at customer homes, repair shops, or tow yards
Assess and finalize estimates
Investigating, negotiating, and settling complex property damage and liability insurance claims
Conduct a thorough analysis at the loss site
Performing detailed reviews of damage and interpreting policies to determine coverage
Using phone, emails and sometimes even video chat with customers
Evaluate and negotiate claims settlements with customers, vendors, third party carriers and claimants
Utilize multiple tools to get the job done in a fast-paced environment
Executing policies along policy agreements
Keeping a clear record of work in a claims system
Ensuring timely and accurate documentation is completed as claims are worked on

Required
Must live in Edison, NJ and be willing to travel and work claims in Edison.
Experience writing auto collision estimates using auto estimating programs such as: CCC One, Audatex, or Mitchell.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as part of the job requirements.
As a condition of employment, your office/area may require you to obtain an adjuster and/or an appraiser license within 60 days of hire.
Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.
Candidates must have experience writing auto collision estimates using auto estimating programs such as: CCC One, Audatex, or Mitchell.
Preferred
18 months+ experience in auto Collision estimating using CCC or Mitchell.
Proficient written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
Strong attention to detail and ability to write precise and comprehensive estimates.
Comfortable with utilizing technology and various platforms for claims processing.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple assignments effectively.
