Responsibilities

Required
7+ years partner, cloud sales, consulting, licensing or functional experience in finance, engineering, or related + OR equivalent experience.
7+ years domain knowledge of commerce and Microsoft business through working in strategy consulting/Microsoft partner, or related experience.
5+ years of experience in developing and implementing strategies that drive significant organizational change at scale across variety of audiences, Prosci certification, or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or equivalent.
Preferred
12+ years product management, strategy consulting, finance, business/corporate development, or related experience AND Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Computer Science, Economics, Business, or related field + OR 8+ years product management, strategy consulting, finance, business/corporate development, or related experience AND Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), or related field + OR equivalent experience.
7+ years people management experience.
Analytical background focused on extracting insights from data to inform decision making and strategy.
Ability to create and track KPIs
Leadership abilities, including inspiring and motivating teams, fostering culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Proven record in project management, with planning, execution, and optimization.
An ability to envision the future state of the organization and develop a roadmap to achieve it.
Extensive cross-group collaboration and people skills, including leading cross functional teams
Ability to work effectively at all levels - from executives to individual contributors and drive impact
