Responsibilities
Delivery: Take an active part, hands-on, in delivery activities - projects and PoCs: Installation and initial technical training
Support: Troubleshoot issues at customers’ site or remotely while maintaining the communication flow with the customers
Travel to customer sites in IL and abroad is required

Required
Hands-on technical orientation - hardware and software
Hands-on experience in installing Linux/Ubuntu based environments
Demonstrate exceptional analytical thinking, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong execution record
Self-motivated, process-oriented and well organized
Travel to customer sites in IL and abroad is required
Preferred
Previous experience as a Tier 1 / 2 Customer Support engineer, Field Engineer, Technical Project Manager or equivalent is desirable
Basic understanding of networking infrastructure - an advantage
Background or hands-on past experience in screening and screening technologies (specifically X-ray and CT) - an advantage
