Responsibilities
Provides support for software, hardware, and networking support for desktops, laptops, and servers
Provides maintenance and support on legacy products
Supports Core, server products
Performs disk replacement on enterprise storage products
Installs and maintains PCs and associated software, networks, servers, and peripherals
Supports network products from operational and maintenance perspectives
Performs installs, moves, adds, and changes as required
Tests and certifies PCs, networks, servers, and client-approved applications
Provides follow-up on problems or escalation
Maintains a high degree of professionalism in actions, demeanor, and dress
Ensures customer satisfaction throughout the service delivery transaction
Ensures client-specific Service Level Agreements are met and incident and request tickets are updated accordingly within the ticketing system

Required
Experience in installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and servicing computer-related products such as desktop & laptop computers, printers, network devices, standard software, and low-end servers
Experience in troubleshooting and repairing computer devices
Knowledge of reloading and re-imaging PCs/laptops
Experience in installing and optimizing HW/SW networking products
Experience in providing software, hardware, and networking support for desktops, laptops, and servers
Experience in maintenance and support of legacy products
Experience in supporting Core server products
Experience in performing disk replacement on enterprise storage products
Experience in installing and maintaining PCs, software, networks, servers, and peripherals
Experience in supporting network products from operational and maintenance perspectives
Experience in performing installs, moves, adds, and changes as required
Ability to test and certify PCs, networks, servers, and client-approved applications
Strong professionalism in actions, demeanor, and dress
Ability to ensure customer satisfaction throughout service delivery
Ability to meet client-specific Service Level Agreements and update incident and request tickets within the ticketing system
