Responsibilities
Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and implementation plans.
Configure and deploy Arcee.ai's AI solutions, ensuring seamless integration with customers' existing systems.
Conduct training sessions and provide documentation to ensure customers can effectively use our solutions.
Gather technical data for the first phase of model deployment, review security guidelines, stack deployment, and API integration.
Provide level 2 and level 3 technical support to customers, addressing complex technical issues and escalating when necessary.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues using diagnostic tools, log analysis, and other technical methods.
Develop and maintain knowledge base articles, technical notes, and other documentation to improve support efficiency.
Work with customers to design and architect AI solutions that meet their specific business needs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and refine solution designs, ensuring alignment with Arcee's products and services.
Develop strong, trusted relationships with customers, understanding their business goals and technical requirements.
Provide consultative guidance and identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and providing value-added services, collaborating with sales and client success teams to drive growth.
Execute QBRs, EBRs, regular governance calls.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and GTM teams to provide feedback, insights, and recommendations for product enhancements.
Share knowledge and best practices with internal stakeholders, contributing to the development of Arcee's technical expertise and customer success strategies.

Required
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker).
Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Axolotl) and data science tools (e.g., pandas, NumPy).
Expert knowledge of general language benchmarks (e.g., IFEval, BBH, MMLU-PRO) and how to develop custom metrics / benchmarks.
Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
Experience with data processing packages (e.g., Datatrove).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as customer engineer, solutions architect, or technical account manager.
Experience working with AI/ML solutions, data science tools, and cloud platforms is highly desirable.
