Knowledge of CAD and surveying skills

Physical ability to perform various tasks such as climbing, lifting, carrying, pulling, pushing, reaching, handling, balancing, walking, stooping, etc.

Visual acuity and ability to match or detect differences between colors, see objects or movement of objects to one’s side, hear the direction from which a sound originated, detect distance of objects and depth perception

Ability to exert muscle force repeatedly or continuously over time, bend, stretch, twist, reach out with the body, arms, and/or legs, use abdominal and lower back muscles to support part of the body repeatedly or continuously over time, make coordinated movements, and coordinate the movement of the arms, legs, and torso together

Ability to understand written sentences and paragraphs, communicate information and ideas clearly in speaking and writing, and develop logical explanations

Frequent face-to-face interaction with others, listening, and asking questions as appropriate

Capability of working under physical stress conditions such as heat stress and cold stress, working on elevations, lifting objects weighing up to 50 lbs, donning personal protective equipment (PPE) as project requirements, working in loud or noisy environments

Working outdoors in rugged terrain, dusty and windy atmospheres, confined spaces, and contaminated atmospheres
