Responsibilities

Maintain, adjust, isolate, remove, and replace faulty hardware on full motion Weapons System Trainers (WSTs), Operational Flight Trainers (OFTs), Avionics Desk-Top Trainers (AVDTTs), Landing Gear Part Task Trainers (LGPTTs), and Hoist Part Task Trainers (HPTTs).
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on host computers, image generators, visual displays, input/output (I/O), electric/hydraulic control loading systems, electric/hydraulic motion systems, computer networks, and associated electronics.
Report and document all hardware system actions related to equipment malfunctions, modifications, removal, installation, fault isolation, and repair.
Perform operational checkouts and preventive maintenance utilizing work instructions and technical manuals.
Complete On-the-Job (OJT) training requirements/program as directed by ICS Manager and/or CLS Maintenance Manager.
Complete maintenance data collection records on equipment associated with trainer and support equipment.
Perform additional duties as directed by the management team, including bench stock, tools (CTK), test equipment, Air Force Technical Order (AFTO) 781 forms, etc.
Attend meetings as directed by management and establish positive relationships with military and civilian personnel.
Support modifications to trainers as directed by management and comply with all site safety and security policies and procedures.
Complete all assigned tasks with quality, pride, and ownership in mind, demonstrating strong attention to detail in every aspect of daily taskings.

Required

Experience in maintaining, adjusting, isolating, removing and replacing faulty hardware on full motion Weapons System Trainers (WSTs), Operational Flight Trainers (OFTs), Avionics Desk-Top Trainers (AVDTTs), Landing Gear Part Task Trainers (LGPTTs), and Hoist Part Task Trainers (HPTTs) that support the Combat Rescue Helicopter (CRH) training program
Performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on host computers, image generators, visual displays, input/output (I/O), electric/hydraulic control loading systems, electric/hydraulic motion systems, computer networks, and associated electronics
Reporting and documenting all hardware system actions related to equipment malfunctions, modifications, removal, installation, fault isolation, and repair
Performing operational checkouts and preventive maintenance utilizing work instructions and technical manuals
Completing On-the-Job (OJT) training requirements/program as directed by ICS Manager and/or CLS Maintenance Manager
Completing maintenance data collection records on equipment associated with trainer and support equipment
Attending meetings as directed by management
Establishing and maintaining positive and courteous relationships with all military and civilian personnel related to this program
Supporting modification to trainers as directed by management
Complying with all site safety and security policies and procedures
Completing all assigned tasks with quality, pride, and ownership in mind
Demonstrating strong attention to detail in every aspect of daily taskings
US Citizenship is required
