Responsibilities

On-site installation and upgrade of 1 to 4U equipment

On-site and remote software setup and upgrades

Document any issues or next steps for the customer and account teams to follow

Providing on-site walk-throughs to educate the end-user on their new hardware and software

Highly motivated with minimal supervision

Ability to travel multiple times per week throughout the US to visit customer sites and data centers
