Responsibilities

Will managing rental equipment and leading a team of service technicians and sub-contractors serving the food and beverage, wastewater / water working heavily looking at various pumps systems, valves, actuators, pipework, hydraulics and associated clean & wastewater products

For the first year at least, this role with have hands on requirement.

Monitor the daily completion of tasks, ensuring deadlines are met for services and repairs.

Manage a team working on rotating equipment, pumps, valves, motors, pipes & PLC’s

Create and manage a Rental Preventative Maintenance schedule

Collaborate on advanced pump technologies from industry-leading brands worldwide.

Assist in the hiring of future candidates.

Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to customers’ requests and inquiries.

Liaise with various engineering departments.

Required

Experience as a Service Manager / Customer Support Manager / Rentals Manager Engineering Manager, Service Manager, Service Supervisor, Pump Engineer, Installation Manager, Operations Manager or similar in engineering.

Knowledge of various types of pump, valve, pipework and PLC applications

Management or supervisory experience in engineering, with a background in fluid power, pumps, or related products such as valves, pipes and PLC’s

A want for change management and a drive to progress into higher management after this position.

Based near site in Covington, GA, with flexibility to travel the US.
