Responsibilities

Provide training, support, and development for Field Engineers.

Travel to client sites for 50% of the role and assist in managing personnel and equipment scheduling.

Act as a point of escalation for technical issues and communicate resolutions.

Represent field engineering in project kickoff and escalation calls.

Assist in communicating network coordination needs and client subscriptions.

Review project documentation to ensure completeness.

Implement and enforce company standards.

Provide feedback to improve system designs and implementation.

Maintain and enhance technical knowledge and certifications.

Required

Bachelors Degree

3-5 years experience

Able to concisely, consistently, and appropriately communicate with project teams and project managers

Able to manage multiple additional FEs and Install Techs on large sites; maintain overall project implementation status and reporting

Able to troubleshoot complex AV and network systems from conference rooms to hybrid-live event spaces

AVIXA CTS

Audinate Dante Level 3

Biamp Tesira Server and QSC Q-Sys Level 2

Preferred

Proficient with Microsoft Office 365

Self-starter and requires little direct oversight to perform tasks

Experience leading teams

Excellent customer service skills

Field installation and/or system design experience

AVIXA CTS-I and/or CTS-D

Training small to medium sized groups on technical system operation
