Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive strategy for the 'Corporate Wellbeing World Tour.' Collaborate with the CMO to set objectives, target cities, and budget allocation.

Content Development: Create engaging and informative event content, including agendas, workshops, and keynote presentations. Collaborate with internal and external speakers to deliver compelling content.

Logistics Management: Oversee all logistical aspects of the roadshow, including venue selection, catering, equipment, and transportation. Ensure flawless execution of events across multiple locations.

Budget Management: Take ownership of the event budget, tracking expenses, and optimizing spend to maximize ROI. Monitor and report on budget performance regularly.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify key cities and promote the events effectively. Coordinate with the marketing team to execute email marketing campaigns and drive event registrations.

Promotion and Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the roadshow, increase attendance, and generate excitement. Utilize email marketing, social media, and other channels to drive registrations.

Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event analysis to evaluate the success of each event, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to refine future events.
